he Kickback Project, a community-led violence reduction initiative serving Finsbury Park, announces the launch of its Community Kickback Grant scheme, making £50,000 available to support local grassroots organisations and individuals working to strengthen the community.

The fund offers two tiers of grants:

  • Large Grants: Two grants of up to £20,000 each for substantial community projects

  • Small Grants: Multiple grants ranging from £500 to £2,000 for smaller community initiatives

    The Kickback project, overseeing the grant are particularly interested in projects that build community strengths, support violence reduction efforts, and ensure long-term impact in the area.

Who Can Apply:

  • Individual residents or workers in Finsbury Park

  • Grassroots and voluntary organisations serving the Finsbury Park area

  • Both experienced and first-time grant applicants are encouraged to apply 

The fund welcomes applications for various initiatives, including:

  • Youth programmes and sports activities

  • Educational initiatives

  • Family support programmes

  • Cultural festivals

  • Community health and wellbeing events

  • Local arts projects

  • Initiatives supporting specific demographics including young women, minority communities, and looked-after children
