Sleep Difficulties Workshop

Do you have any problems sleeping? 

Are you one of the many people who experience difficulties sleeping?

A few sleepless nights are usually nothing to worry about, but it can become an issue if a lack of sleep starts to affect your daily life. 

If you find it hard to fall asleep, lie awake at night or wake up several times in the night, or wake up too early, you might be interested in booking a place on our Sleep Workshop hosted by iCope.

Please share with any Islington residents aged 50yrs+ who might benefit from the workshop. Attendees will need to register with Age UK Islington to take part and book a place.
