Carers Wellbeing Day

Carers Rights Day is a national annual event.  It raises awareness that we all need to recognise that 'caring costs '– not just in terms of money but also in terms of the impact on the individual carer.

The Carers Wellbeing Day Event, on Thurs 23 November, is open to anyone looking after a friend or family member (18yrs+).  Please share with anyone who you feel will benefit (they'll need to book!)

Someone may think of themselves as a parent, partner, relative or friend but if they are looking after someone due to long-term illness, disability, a mental health or substance misuse issue, they can also call themselves a carer.  They are eligible for support themselves.
