- How to install and update the desktop apps on your devices: You can install the desktop apps on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones per user. You can download the apps from microsoft.com or the Microsoft Store on your device. - - checking for updates and installing them manually or automatically from the app settings.
- How to manage your subscription, account, and security settings:
- Enable two-factor authentication and use the Microsoft Authenticator app for extra security.
- How to collaborate and share files with others using Microsoft 365
- How to explore the additional features and applications of Microsoft 365r colleagues.
