Bright Lives Practitioner Network Session, which will take place on Wednesday 28th February, 11.30am – 1.30pm @ Brickworks Community Centre.

This months session will focus on promoting service offers that encourage a healthy lifestyle, in order to benefit our wellbeing.  We have 3 key services areas attending this session as

guest speakers this month:

• Arsenal in the Community

• Healthy Generations

• Parks for Health

The Parks for Health team have also kindly arranged to host a mindful walk in Nature for practitioners through Parkland Walk from 1:00pm onwards.
