Islington People’s Rights (IPR) is recruiting a new Finance Manager. They are looking for a part-time Finance Manager with extensive charity experience, to undertake high-level financial management tasks. This involves producing management accounts, drafting and monitoring the budget for the organisation, bank reconciliations on a regular basis, dealing with payroll matters and ensuring that an Annual Independent Examination/ Audit takes place on a timely basis. It will also involve overseeing and reviewing the bookkeeping and financial tasks undertaken by the IPR Administrative Support Officer . Basically we are looking for an Accountant with experience of the not-for-profit sector with demonstrable expertise in accounting for charities, notably production of Management Accounts. It is a distinctly part-time role.
