Blurb: LiP is an opportunity for leaders from Islington community organisations to connect with a corporate volunteer in a 1:1 coaching relationship. This safe space is a time for community leaders to explore professional challenges, identify solutions and embrace opportunities while volunteers get to develop their coaching, leadership and communication skills and learn about the Islington community.

Programme Title: Consultancy Workshops
Type: Coaching Programme
Blurb: Consultancy Workshop is an interactive half-day opportunity where teams of volunteers use their professional expertise to work with community organisations on a strategic challenge they are facing.
Each team of volunteers will spend the session with their community partner organisation to understand the challenge they're facing, explore different options, and help identify the best course of action. By the end of the workshop, the volunteers will have created a road map and identified the next steps for the organisation to take forward to overcome the challenge. This group of volunteers have expertise in: With support available from: Business development/Financial planning, Project Management, Stakeholder Management/Engagement, Data management, Measuring impact.
Duration: One off virtual session on the 3rd May (10am-12pm)
